PDX Slots APIs -- 2

I'm looking to develop a set of APIs in C# for my online slots game, PDX Slots. In order to protect the users and the game, an API key will be required for authentication. The timeline for this project is not set in stone, but I need it to be done quickly if possible. Therefore, I am looking for someone who has the expertise and proven track record needed to complete the project on time.
