PDF to Word converter, PHP tool

We are looking for a PHP developer to create a PDF to Word converter tool. The tool should have the following features:

Output Format:
- The converted file should be in Word document (.docx) format.

Retaining Original Formatting:
- The tool should retain the original formatting of the PDF file, including fonts, layouts, and images.

Integration:
- The tool should be integrated into an existing website use WordPress and Flatsome theme. Not use API, use PHP library, framework only

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong PHP programming skills
- Experience with PDF manipulation and conversion
- Familiarity with Word document formats and formatting
- Knowledge of web development and integration
