PDF Questionbank Creator with Laravel

I need a web application developed using Laravel and Breeze for a basic CRUD question bank system. The primary functionality is to allow users to access and select questions from a datatable interface, and export the selected questions in a PDF format.

Key Requirements:
- The datatable should display a set of questions.
- Users should be able to search and select questions from this datatable.
- The selected questions need to be exported in a PDF format.
- The PDF should display the selected questions in a test paper format.

User Authentication:
The system should support different access levels for user authentication:
- Admin: Has overall control and access to all features.
- Editor: Can add, edit, and delete questions.
- User: Can only view and select questions from the datatable.
