PDF Management and Form Submission System
Objective:
The objective of this project is to develop an admin panel and a user panel to manage pdf and a Form Submission System. The user panel will allow users to search, view, and download PDF files stored in a designated folder in the admin's Google Drive, as well as search and download PDF attachments stored in the admin's Gmail. Additionally, users will be able to fill up a form, submit it with attachments, and have the ability to edit the filled-up form when needed. The admin panel will provide administrators with the capability to view, download the filled-up forms with attached documents submitted by users.
Scope:
The project will encompass the following key features:
User Panel:
1. Screen 1: Users will be able to search for a PDF file with a search query that is present in the file and view it. The PDFs will be stored in a specific folder in the admin's Google Drive.
2. Screen 2: Users will be able to search for another type of file (PDF) using a query and download the file. These PDF files will be attachments stored in the admin's Gmail account.
3. Screen 3: Users will be able to fill up a form within the app, attach documents if required, and submit the form. Furthermore, users should have the ability to edit the filled-up form if needed.
Admin Panel:
1. Screen 1: Admins will be able to access and view the filled-up forms submitted by users. The panel should present a clear overview of the submitted forms and their attached documents, along with the functionality to download them.
