PDF to Laravel Blade Template

I am looking for a skilled developer to convert my 2 PDF documents into Laravel Blade templates. The purpose of the Laravel Blade template is to generate PDF documents. I have a specific design that I would like to follow, so the ideal candidate should be able to work with existing designs and implement them into the templates. Additional functionality is not necessary - just the template conversion. I am open to suggestions, but the focus of this project is on the conversion process. The ideal candidate should have experience with Laravel and PDF generation.
