PDF-Editor application

1- Server Side(PDF-Editor Back-end app) (Node.js, JavaScript)
i. Make REST APIs to save pdf document.
ii. Do not save pdf content in DB(like: Blob or any other Binary data type)
iii. Save pdf content as a file in server physical drive.
iv. Create a API endpoint that can serve the PDF file.

2- Client Side(PDF-Editor Front-end web app) (React, JavaScript)
i. Load the PDF file from REST API endpoint (That you build)
ii. PDF Editor client application should be capable to add SVGs layers to PDF file.
iii. Can capable to add any type of annotation layer to PDF file.
iv. Client application should be capable to drag and drop the annotation object in side PDF file.
v. Make http request to save the updated PDF file(with Blob data type payload not direct file upload approach).

3-NO APIs(for Annotating pdf file), fully independent library
4-No fees or license needed (Do not use any paid Annotating library)
5-We can use it for FREE or for commercial
6-Add SVGs layers to PDF
7-Add/delete/create new pdf page
8-Draw as SVG object (with full pen control, color size,....)
9-Add text with uni-code support (arabic) and (with full pen control, color size,....)

Notes:
* Apply only if you done this before and you can show a demo.
* Design is not really important at this stage.
* Functionality is the most important
* Security is needed, all your code and library must be secured
* Communication need to be fully secured between frontend and backend.
