PAYPAL API ADVANCED SETTINGS

i need someone who knows PHP and the Paypal API to help me setup
ADVANCED CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS
the option is not appearing on the page with the fields populated
currently i can only use pay with paypal and the card option but its thru a POPUP WINDOW provided by paypal
i need the ADVANCED CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD (ACDC)
which will appear as radio button option on the page and when selected should have fields as follows
CARD NUMBER EXPIRY SECURITY CODE
should auto populate on page

PLEASE NOTE this is all done on the page and the user simply enters card number expiry date and sec code
there is nothing else to add and no popups

BUT FOR SOME REASON IM NOT GETTING IT AND I THINK BECAUSE MY MODULE IS NOT LETTING ME IN TO CONFIGURE THE ADVANCED SETTINGS TO PUT IN THE DB
SO IT NEEDS REPAIRED OR HACKED

PLEASE HELP
