PAYMENT VOUCHER API

I need an API that can communicate directly with the Google Forms API to scan the amount, destination and description of a bank transfer receipt and at the same time it scans it, it sends a payment receipt to the user and a copy to our company. Likewise, you can generate the receipt in the name of the person who sends it, this name will be requested in the google form.
