Outlook Plugin Development for Visitor Invitations

## SOP: Streamlining Visitor Invitation Process through Outlook Plugin
### Objective:
To create a plugin for Outlook that streamlines the process of sending visitor invitations by fetching necessary data from the Outlook client application and pushing it to the server.
### Key Steps:
1. Open Outlook and navigate to the calendar.
2. Create a new meeting request for the visitor invitation.
3. Add the sender's email address and any additional recipients.
4. Look for a ribbon or button that will toggle on Entry2Exit meeting, this will enable the plugin to capture the meeting information such as meeting subject, recipient email and name, date, and time etc to be sent to our existing application hosted on cloud server via API from outlook directly.
5. Click on "Send" to initiate the invitation.
6. The receiver will receive an email with meeting request from outlook and also a second email from our existing application with a QR code and a link to the office location with the information received from API.
Summary:
1. Develop a plugin that fetches data such as the meeting request subject, visitor's name, email ID, date, and time from Outlook.
2. Use the plugin to push this information to the server located on Azure via API communication.
### Cautionary Notes:
- Ensure that all required information is accurately entered before sending the invitation.
- Test the plugin thoroughly to ensure seamless communication between Outlook and the server.
- Provide the network and admin permissions required to setup the application on a secure corporate environment.
- Keep sensitive data secure during the communication process using HTTPS, the code should be explained to my team to ensure there is complete data security along with adept documentation.
- Error codes for the application to be defined and documented.
