I am looking for a developer to create an MS Outlook Desktop Add-in that will integrate with my existing PHP Codeigniter project. The add-in should have the following functionality:

We are in search of a capable development team to design and build a custom Outlook plugin that will empower users with enhanced email management, tracking, and integration capabilities with the Perfex CRM system. The primary functionalities of this plugin include:
Email Tracking and Analytics:
Implement the capability to track and analyze emails sent via Outlook.
Provide real-time analytics, including read receipts and open rates.
Share Emails to Specific Projects:
Enable users to conveniently associate emails with specific projects or clients within Perfex CRM.
Streamline project-related communication by consolidating relevant emails in one central location.
Create New Leads, Projects, Tasks, and More from Email:
Offer the functionality to convert email messages into actionable items, such as leads, projects, or tasks, directly from an email.
Seamlessly integrate email content into the Perfex CRM, reducing manual data entry.
Email Viewing in .eml or Compatible Viewer:
Facilitate the viewing of email messages within the plugin in .eml format or any compatible viewer.
Ensure a standardized and easily accessible email archive.
The development and integration of this add-in should be completed within a timeline of 1-2 weeks.
There should be a Advanced level of interaction between the Outlook add-in and the PHP Codeigniter project. This means that the add-in should be able to interact with the project and retrieve relevant data.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
