i need a call center rep(s) between 1-3 to start
must have a CRM that can be connected to my lead system (share your CRM w/ bid)
CRM must have a dialer
must be able to connect me to your crm to oversee team and my leads
must be available during the hours of 9am-6pm est time
my leads will be auto sent to crm - from there should be uploaded to dialer for reps to dial out - using my pre-written scripts - contact - read script - transfer over leads who want to be transferred - i will also need the recording
i need to know the price you will charge per hour and the min AND maximum hours reps can work and how many reps you have - please use the phrase "Crm system" with the name of the crm you use - number agents - price per hour - min weekly hours you are willing to work - maximum amount of hours you can work and a clear understand i need to be added to overview
