Our app stopped working with Nginx

Hello, we have a ticket system on our nginx dedicated server. It's called Help Z Desk. We had apache at the time. When it was working. We switched to Nginx. It's no longer working.

We need someone who can work now and get this done quickky. We need to get our ticket system working with nginx and back up.
