Our Umbraco panel website has errors. I want these errors fixed

Updates we make on our website are deleted after a while. We have a team area on our site. We would like to get support from a friend who is an expert on Umbraco.
1- Arrangement of deletion of data entered on the website.
2- We want people to be listed in our team section. We added a row number for this, but the field was deleted and the ranking was broken. We want it to be sorted by giving a number ourselves.
