Osticket API extension required.

We have used osticket for 10+ years and are happy with it. We have just implemented the create ticket API to create tickets from Powerapps (former Microsoft Flow). That is working.
What we need is an API extension that returns the list of tickets according to conditions in the boddy of the API call (e.g. status=1, createdafter='20230401') in json format. We have 6 custom fields that also need to be exported (ideally the solution should export all current and any future custom fields). The API should test the standard Osticket X-API-Key for validity.
The programmer is required to have good experience with Osticket ticketing system.
