Ordering and payments for Café/self-service restaurant & minimarket

1. Summary: Viewing menu and Ordering items at a self-service restaurant & minimarket.
2. Description: Website and native apps for android and iOS for customers to view menu and catalogue of items. Order items. Pay online or later at pick up and receive notification (via SMS) when order is ready for pick up.
3. Additional requirements: (a)Fully configurable parameters for all the above (prices, items, images, availability etc.) and (b) customer accounts and order / payments history (c) configurable loyalty rewards based on customer purchase history and promotions.
4. Payments: (a) cards via bank redirection (bank or banks will supply APIs) (b) Paypal (c) Stripe (d) no payment (pay at cashier/checkout)
5. Language: php & mySQL and/or Postgre
6. Code rights & Licence: To be retained by the client
