I need a plugin developed for Zen Cart 1.5.7C to allow for a signature confirmation selection and shipping insurance options in checkout.
The signature should have configurable % or $ fee as well as a threshold order amount where it is added and able to be configured to charge or not.
The insurance should have configurable $ flat or beginning fee as well as a % fee in tandem or only flat fee.
I am looking for a quote to get this done by the end of January. Delivered in a module zip file for me to install in my store, no access will be given to my installation and the PHP version running is PHP 7.4.26 (Zend: 3.4.0).
