Order Taking/Management System - In-person Ordering System
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing in-person order taking/management systems
- Proficient in database management and integration
- Knowledge of user-friendly interface design
Project Requirements:
- Develop an in-person order taking/management system for our business
I need a simple ordering system that i can upload to a tablet/mobile phone/laptop.
It needs to generate a unique code for every order.
I can then input the customers name, phone number.
I then select the item/s the customer is after and write a brief description under or next to it as well as item quantity.
(Im happy to manual input each item, Roughly 20 - 30 items max)
I can then allocate a pick up date and an AM or PM time.
Then i can select weather a deposit has been paid. if so, how much was paid and either via eft or cash.
At the bottom just a section that i can write any notes for the order.
At the end of the ordering month i then need to export all this data to an excel spread sheet with products on the left and order number, name, mobile number and deposit amount if any on the top column.
If possible. i would like to also export all this data to an order running sheet allocated by pick up days with individual products.
Simply select the products i want export a daily running sheet of and it will put all of them on the day running sheet.
