Order Management & Scheduling Solution

The Order Management & Scheduling Solution comprises of a few modules, which are integrated together in fulfilling our needs and requirements for company growth and management with daily operational process monitoring and management.
1. Back-end Module
The Back-end module comprise of the general database of the customer info, order forms that includes addresses, pick up & delivery time, package weight & dimension, contact details, consignment note with acceptance & rejection with cut off time features and includes internal messaging features as well for ease of internal communications.
It will also comprise of the customer database info together with their transaction records, if any. This would allow a centralized database system that is stored in a cloud server for simplification of work process and ease of workload in checking, managing and monitoring.
Information entered from the front-end module, both B2B and B2C customers, e-commerce website, interest form will be routed into the back-end module for classification and further processing. This will streamline the process flow and information in making the overall procedure to be more simple and straightforward.
An alert and notification features will also be imbedded into this module for the company to keep track on the order and customer status, such as due dates so that there is no overlook, reduce operating cost and increase productivity as it will be more effective and efficient.
2. Front-end Module
The front-end module comprises of E-commerce website development, which would the customers to fill in the improved order form and choose depending on their needs and requirements. The process and procedure will be clearer and transparent as customers will be able to view the process to ensure a higher customer experience, satisfaction and retention. This would also assist us in brand marketing and promotion in raising awareness, which would increase business and revenue generation capabilities.
This module would also allow customers to view their order status, whether it is in progress or completed, providing transparency and overview of the job requests.
3. Dispatch & Scheduling Module
The module will helps us to manage and optimize the business activities performed by our drivers so as to have a greater efficiency on utilizing company resources. It is used by managers and supervisors to allocate drivers to field tasks and monitor their performance. Drivers can use it to find information about their tasks, report on their work and optimize the time and resources allocated for each job.
This module will also include Electronic Proof of Delivery (E-POD) that serves as an important acknowledgment to mark the delivery as completed.
A Mobile Application system that is supportable both in iOS and Android will also need to be developed.
