Order/Inventory management application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a robust order management web application with a strong focus on order tracking, inventory management, and order uploading capabilities. The application should be able to import orders from a CSV file, xlsx file , track the status of each order, and update it when necessary. In addition, it should provide me with insightful inventory and order history reports, enabling us to monitor our stock levels and analyze our order trends effectively. Ideally, freelancers would have prior experience in web application development, with a particular emphasis on order and inventory management solutions. Some knowledge of CSV file manipulation and report generation would be a definite plus.
Major Task which we need to accomplish with this system.
1- Upload daily order files - EXCEL/CSV.
2. Update daily orders , quanity, status (avaiable/not avaiable, when avaiable with dates) etc.
3- Genarate procurement orders sheet to market
4- Genarate adress sheet to feed into shipping software
5- Upload shipping software sheet into system.
6- generate order sheet with tracking number to feed into external system.
7- Should be able to view pending, fullfillment orders on any dates, date range.
8- create monthly or year to date, cutom range date report for all orders etc.
9- Able to upload supplier inventory sheet in to system on daily basis to check the delta of supplier inventory specially prices and quantity check from back date of data or new inventory. We should be able to track the changes in daily supplier inventory sheet.
For technology , we are open for suggestions. and open source technology is fine.
