Optimizing Video Hosting in PWA

I have a custom PWA Laravel PHP platform where I upload videos in the admin panel. Currently, these videos are being stored on a local server, causing slow loading times. I would like to reconfigure the platform to upload these videos on Google Cloud Storage instead.

Key Requirements:
- Migrate video storage from local server to Google Cloud Storage
- Ensure seamless video playback on the user page after the transition
