Optimize my Shopify Store

I have been building my website on the Shopify platform for the past few weeks and have reached a point where I lack the skills to get the final results I want. I am therefore looking to hire someone on an hourly basis to help me finish the website. I need help with the following:

- Improving the user experience on the product purchase pages, homepage and the collections display.
- Add an upselling button in the checkout to increase the average order.
- Have the website in different languages (English, French, German, Spanish and English)
- Improve the desktop homepage and optimise the user experience on the mobile version of the website
- Activate pixels for Facebook, Tiktok and other sales channels to be able to run Ads
- Import the reviews of some Aliexpress products to the web page.
- Comply with privacy, data management and security policies
- Help me to automate email campaigns for rengament, abandoned carts etc (I'm thinking of using Klavyio or Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns).

This is what I want to do with the website, I will probably leave some things out but this is the most important thing at the moment.
