Optimize Perfex CRM Email Sync

I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to enhance email functionality in our Perfex CRM system in saas mode. Our team has encountered several issues, primarily with emails not being delivered effectively, some being redirected to the spam folder, and overall slow email delivery. Our mission is to streamline our workflow by fully integrating our email systems (Gmail, Outlook, and a custom SMTP) with Perfex CRM, aiming for a seamless operation that includes, but is not limited to, email communications, contact syncing, and calendar management.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficient in Perfex CRM customization and configuration.
- Skilled with email integration for Gmail and Outlook within Perfex CRM.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting SMTP settings and resolving email delivery issues such as spam filtering and delayed sending.
- Experience in enabling advanced integration features such as complete sync for emails, contacts, and calendars.
**Scope of Work:**
- Assess and rectify the SMTP configuration errors within Perfex CRM to ensure reliable email delivery.
- Implement full integration with Gmail and Outlook, enabling seamless sync of emails, contacts, and calendar events.
- Provide solutions to overcome any identified issues related to emails ending up in the spam folder and slow delivery times.
- Test the functionality thoroughly to ensure that all integrations work as intended without any loss of data or functionality.

- Demonstrated experience with email system integrations, especially within Perfex CRM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to report progress and any potential issues.

Here is the desired end result:
1. Delete the “Email Queue” tab – the customer doesn’t need to see it
2. Log in with the Google Djaboo API which allows the user to connect their email data directly without needing to create their own API.

3. Log in with the Djaboo Outlook API which allows the user to connect their data directly without needing to create their own API.
