Optimize 2 Bootstrap HTML pages and add a contact form in PHP

Hi, I have a 2 pages "Under construction" website, a landing page and a contact form page. They are simple and they are using Bootstrap 5.02 front-end framework. I would like to correct any incompatibility and optimize the placement of HTML and CSS code and be sure that it is responsive to all devices. Then I want to convert them to PHP or whatever, as you will create a fully functional contact form (send messages to email), with error handling, alert when a message was send, required fields and invisible Google Recaptcha v3. It is an easy job for a web developer.
