Optimization of 3 Wordpress sites -- 2

I’m getting service unavailable on my 3 sites on my shared hosting. I don’t have the time or the knowledge to fix this. Would like to hire someone that’s great at this.
This are items on the Wordpress sites that are using more resources that they allow. We need to find what’s causing that and perhaps put in a plug in to manage this as well as security.
We ran a virus and malware scan and we found none.
