Optimization of a PHP Laravel online store (+Amazon and Ebay connection)

Hello and good day,
I need help with one of my customer projects.
The project is an existing online store for building materials in Germany. https://www.renomo24.de/
In this online store also the customer data, orders, item inventory & invoices are managed.
The online store has a connection to AMAZON and EBAY.
But not all functions of Amazon have been implemented.
The transfer of AMAZON customer data and orders already works, only the invoice that the online store creates is not yet correctly stored in AMAZON.
In general, we would like to be able to manage all orders & invoice in the online store.
Topics where we need your help:
1. synchronization of orders & invoices.
Currently there are problems with the automatic upload of the invoice in AMAZON.
1.1 We would like to transfer the shipment numbers of the shipping service providers to the respective portal.
I assume that the MWS API & Selling Partner API for Messaging is used.
2. we would like to use Paypal Plus.
Currently we use the "normal Paypal", but would like to use Paypal Plus.
3. optimization of the frontend.
The frontend of the online store needs some optimizations. Among other things, the usability to simplify the buying process & display of inventory.
4. SEO Optimizations
What exactly can be done here, we will see after a joint analysis.
Here are some key data of the project (according to my current knowledge):
- We host the project ourselves.
- PHP >= 5.5.9
- Laravel 5.5.*
- MySQL 5.7.33-36, Charset ISO 8859-2
- Composer is used
- I think no versioning system is used.
This could be added as well.
