Openlitespeed Configuration Error

I am in need of a freelancer who can assist me with resolving an installation and configuration error I am experiencing with OpenLiteSpeed.

I upgraded openlitespeed but ever since I can't access phymyadmin, I can't create a new database and ssl certs are failing.
