Opencart website repair

Hello. We have an online store on Opencart that has not been maintained for several years. As a result, it got attacked by viruses and malware. Admin panel is broken too I think. We need an experienced developer to clean up the code, remove any malware or bugs, update Opencart, plugins etc. I can provide full backup of all files and db as it is now.
