Opencart user upload modul -- 2

Im looking for a user uploading file/pictures for my shop to make him offers after the pic there he have uploading in his backend from the shop! so a feature for the version 3.0.3.7 (also too the using language its not important)

so make me offers offers

ps. the modul must be working for all versions and its after programming in my possession
