Opencart cache is not refreshing new changes

Hi,
We have a problem at the cache system on opencart 3.0.3.8, we made a change but after we clear the cache it doesn't refresh the new changes.
We cleared via Extension -> OCMOD Modificatio(clear button) and also via admin panel->settings(clear theme + sass caches) and it still sees the olc code.
Is someone who can assist us in fixing this cache issue?
