Opencart - ajax cart

I am looking for a developer with experience in Opencart to create an ajax cart for my website. The specific functionality I need for the ajax cart includes the ability to add items to the cart with refreshing the page, as well as the ability to update and remove items from the cart with refreshing the page.

Since I am using Opencart version 3.x, it is important that the developer is familiar with this version.

Design-wise, I do not have any specific requirements for the ajax cart. I am open to suggestions and do not need any design changes.
