Opencart Version 3.0.2.0 E-Mail issue for order confirmation and status update

Mail Server is Microsoft Exchange Office 365
Mails are getting out with PayPal and Bank Orders, not with Orders via Postfinance Checkout FLEX.
Email requirements:
Order status update emails must work:
o Status change to ”Abholbereit” customer needs to get the email.
o Status change to ”In Auslieferung” customer needs to get the email.
o Status change to ”Auftrag annulliert” customer needs to get the email.
o Status change to ”In Bearbeitung” customer needs to get the email.
o Status change to ”Rückvergütet” customer needs to get the email.
o Status change to ”offen” customer needs to get the email.
o Status change to ” Shipped” customer needs to get the email.
Order confirmation emails must work:
o For PayPal and Bank Orders, confirmation mails needs to go out when payment status “offen” is met. For other payment status no email allowed.
o For Orders via Payment Module Postfinance Checkout FLEX confirmation mails needs to go out when payment status “Complete” is met. For other payment status no email allowed.
