Opencart 3 and Tecdoc database integration

I have a Tecdoc database in row format and an Opencart extention that has the car parts selection interface and the functions to get the parts from the MySQL DB.
your main task is to work on the Tecdoc database to place it in the MySQL DB.
Also integrate the extention and make all necessary connections to the DB.
But if you have a better solution, with another CMS or you have a better integration module/extension you are welcome.
At the end, we should have a car parts Shop like oscaro.com etc..
