I'm in need of a seasoned developer to assist in migrating my Opencart store from version 2.3.0.2 to 3.2.0.0.
Key Requirements:
- Upgrade from Opencart 2.3.0.2 to Opencart 3.2.0.0
- Ensuring all data and settings are accurately transferred
- Retaining the current store's look and feel
- Testing for mobile responsiveness and resolving any issues
