[Opencart] PHP 8 Compatability

I wish there was an easy way to describe this project but I don't have the technical knowledge to explain. Need all errors for PHP 8 removed. Complete functionality. I do not give access to my live site so please keep this in mind. Opencart v2.3.0.2
