We already have multi vendor Shipping xontrol
For implementing Store pickup as OPTIONAL control:
1. Admin, will have an option .
Yes or No for each store to switch "off" or "on".
2. If admin switch "ON" the pickup from store option, pickup from store with store address will be displayed in frontend along with additional other options of shipping and charges of delivery. Customer can choose from given selected options.
3. If admin switches off the pick up from store, only Shipping and charges of delivery will be there.
