I have issue with the Offline Credit Card module
Hello, there are 3 issues with this module:
1. Despite selecting Visa and Mastercard as the accepted cards, American Express (Amex), which has a 4-digit CVV2, is still being accepted for saving.
2. When I navigate to Offline CC Cards Recent Orders and enter text in the 'Status box' , clicking save does not retain the information after the page reloads.
3.Offline Credit Card module name is showing on Order pages. (even if not using it)
