Opencart GeoIP and PayPal Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a few specific features enabled on my Opencart website, which is running on version 3.0.3.9 and Journal theme 3.1.8.
When a visitor visits outside India at present the only currency it automatically converts to is USD , I want the following to take place
When the visitor visits from Australia I want the currency to be in Australian Dollar and checkout to take place in Australian Dollar this is an example
At present the issue we are facing is that if we enabled the currency conversion option and PayPal to accept the currency , in the checkout page when the customer chooses any country outside India it automatically changes to USD only , I want this fixed
2nd thing needed is I want to be able to accept credit cards etc on my checkout page itself through paypal , so I want that plugin with API fixed and enabled so that's an option for people who do not want to be redirected to the PayPal page to make the payment to pay on my website checkout page itself .
you can go through the present function mentioned above by visiting my website www.toolsengg.com and see how it behaves in the currency department with VPN .
Interested people can provide your quote.
Key Requirements:
- GeoIP Modification: I need freelancers to modify my website to detect the user's location and accordingly display the appropriate currency. I'm open to ideas on how we can improve this feature.
- PayPal Integration: I'm also looking to enable PayPal checkout directly on the checkout page. This should be for all USD and international transactions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Opencart and Journal theme is a must.
- Experience in GeoIP modification and implementing payment gateways.
- Understanding of PayPal integration for e-commerce platforms.
- A proactive approach to improving the user experience, and the ability to provide detailed project proposals.
I'm looking for freelancers who can not only complete these tasks efficiently but also bring ideas to the table on how we can enhance the user experience further. Please include detailed project proposals in your application.
