Opencart E-Commerce Website Pending Development Work

I am developing a website in latest open cart. The developer left the project in between due to medical problem.
Most of the work has been done.
Following are pending mainly
- Performance issue in terms of speed of website/UI in some screens.
- Basic customization issues.
- Navigation issues
- Making sure, the performance is good on all main screen sizes and UI is perfect.
- Full details of requirements are attached with the project details. Pls read before bidding
- Post development, website should be fully tested for all issues and fixed with reports.
Theme etc is already setup. Pls help to check the website and let me know.
