Opencart Admin Login and Upgrade

Hi,
Issue 1:
I recently migrated from Server A to Server B. However, after moving I linked a different domain to Server B and updated the config files and htaccess to match the domain, DB etc.
However, I am unable to log into the admin. It says "No match for Username and/or Password."
Issue 2:
When I add a product to cart, It shows product added to cart however when I go to cart the products don't show up.
Issue 3:
Have to upgrade to Opencart 3.0.3.8
If these are done, I have 2 more websites to fix.
