I'm in need of a skillful developer experienced in OpenCart 3.0.x who can work on a TNT extension for me, with an emphasis on two key features:
1. Real-Time Shipping Rates: The extension should offer real-time shipping rates from TNT; it must consistently and accurately display current costs to customers.
