Project: Online Store on OpenCart
Budget: $130
Goal: Improve website performance and fix technical issues.
1. Website Speed Optimization
Check the current frequency of catalog database updates (currently set to once per hour).
Change the update schedule to twice a day: at 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
Ensure that the updates do not overload the server.
2. Yandex.Delivery Integration
Integrate Yandex.Delivery into the shopping cart.
Ensure that pickup points, shipping costs, and calculations are displayed correctly.
3. Price Stabilization
Identify the cause of random price fluctuations (likely due to automatic updates or pricing formulas).
Fix the prices so that they remain consistent.
Optionally, round prices to clean numbers.
4. Stock Update by SKU
Check whether stock updates by SKU are already implemented.
If not — implement them.
Link the stock updates to the automatic schedule mentioned in item 1 (twice a day).
5. Excel Import
Verify that Excel file uploads are working correctly.
Ensure that the selling price is imported properly.
6. Remove Cash on Delivery
Disable "Cash on Delivery" as a payment option.
7. Image Quality on Product Pages
Reduce the displayed size of product images on product pages so low quality is less noticeable.
Optionally, optimize images without quality loss.
8. Product Card Image Display
Ensure product card images are fully visible and not cropped.
Adjust image scaling and container styles if necessary.
9. Hover Image Effect
Currently, when hovering over a product card, a second image appears zoomed and cropped.
Fix this so that the image appears fully and proportionally, without zoom or cropping.
