OpenCart e-Invoicing Module Development

I'm looking for a PHP developer with extensive OpenCart experience to create a compliant e-Invoicing module for me. The module should meet all requirements set by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

Key Features:
- Automated Invoice Generation: The module should automatically generate invoices or a CTA to trigger based on set parameters.
- Tax Calculation: It should accurately calculate taxes on each invoice.
- Invoice Tracking: There should be a feature to track invoices throughout their lifecycle.
- Full Compliance: The module should include all necessary features as stipulated by the Inland Revenue Board.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in PHP with a strong focus on OpenCart.
- Previous experience developing e-Invoicing modules or similar plugins.
- Familiarity with Malaysia's e-Invoicing regulations.
- Skills in using Postman for API testing and implementation.
- Ability to provide ready APIs and responses.

Please note that I have ready APIs and Postman collections for you to implement. Your task will be to integrate these into the plugin.
