I purchased an extension for OpenCart 3.0.4.0, and the developer provided an XML OCMOD file to ensure compatibility with the Journal theme. The OCMOD worked fine initially, but after a year—when the support period expired—I enabled a setting in the extension, only to find that it’s not fully compatible with Journal. Unfortunately, the developer has refused to take responsibility for fixing it.
The task is straightforward: ensure full compatibility of the extension with the Journal theme across all its settings.
