Project Requirements:

Customize the CRM to allow the upload of existing bank data and financial entity details.
Develop a form page to facilitate the input of new bank data.
Enable data owners to access and manage their own data.
Customer Acquisition Data:
Create a user-friendly form for customers to input their details.
Implement access for customers to view and manage their own data.
Develop a mechanism to mark prospects as closed and move them to the operations sheet upon payment confirmation.
Allow for multiple users to close a deal together and track targets accordingly.
Incorporate options for part payment, full payment, and accepting multiple payments against a single customer.
Enable lead assignment functionality.
Finance Team:
Automate the system to send email/WhatsApp notifications with invoices to customers upon payment confirmation.
Design a form page for customers to upload multiple documents after payment confirmation.
Operations Team:
Implement a task and stage management system for the operations team to effectively handle customer data and tasks.
Integrate an automated notification system to inform the lead manager and customer upon completion of customer work.
Send email/WhatsApp notifications for any balance payments and request feedback/reviews from customers.
General Requirements:
Ensure the CRM is mobile and web app-friendly for seamless usage across devices.
Provide necessary training and documentation for using and managing the CRM system.
