Open AI Integration - Fine Tuning and Embedding

MUST START TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. Hello, I need someone to implement open AI integration to my laravel CRM using the package below. I seems very straight foward. As I understand there is no need to directly integration to my system/bot because the Training is NOT done during a conversation. My crm is done and fully operation and I also have the frontend pages related to bot training almost done.

This is the best library for integration I found but I can accept the use of other if as good and more powerfull for future integrations. Right now only think I need is bot training/tunning to answer TEXT messages.
