I need an Open Cart EXPERT that is also proficient in PHP in order to customize open source applications.
We built a customized application with Open Cart a few years ago and we now need some fixes and enhancements.
This initial project is urgent and will involve some fixes and 'minor' tweaks to function. After this first phase we will have a larger task to add new functionality.
