Open Cart 3.0.3.8 Checkout Fix

I'm experiencing functional errors with my Open Cart Version 3.0.3.8, specifically with the checkout process and the contact form. The payment gateway is not working, and this issue is hindering my sales.
Also my Contact form quit functioning. Both happened same time frame within the past few days. Email is active and has no problems.
