Open AI Additional Feature Needed

I want to add a custom section in the administrator account where I can set parameters in the admin to control the main page of the website where the user types in the text command box, which will be included in the front end and in the backend where the user types the codes, the parameters would display to the front end user as a drop-down menu selection, or the admin can choose to hide the option of the parameter's to be visible, so, for example, the user types "create a dolphin jumping through a cloud" it would be {hidden}{parameter} "create a dolphin jumping through a cloud" {hidden}{parameter}. The administrator should be able to add multiple parameters on both sides of the box. The added parameters will then submit as a complete command line to execute on open ai. I do not need anything additional other than that. I already have the open ai saas script, this is just a feature I want to add. The parameters are attached and I need to be able to add custom parameters.
