Online convertor, that crops sides of multiple images at once

The main function is already developed. It is crops uploaded images to the chosen sizes by user and zips it in a file to download.
You need to export all the graphic files from illustrator and code it in php the way it is. Make user cabinet with all corresponding fields and build a sign in function through email and plus login with facebook, twitter, apple, google.
Set up payment method through wayforpay API and make 4-5 pages with text like privacy policy, terms of use, refund policy and make a contact form.
Also you need to do a button with a 3 options
BATCH - when user upload his images and choose presets to convert images to ( how much files will be processed )
PROCESS - animation when images will be converting ( in .json format )
DOWNLOAD - when all files is cropped and ready for download
You need also to make 3 file cropping options
Manual choose bottom-center-top / left-center-right ( to crop the image )
Choose a point around which the convertor will crop an image
And Smart crop - basically it is center center option as manual settings
