Online Timed Auction Platform Development

I run a multi vendor auction company with 340 Vendors who sell through us.
The auctions are run on 2 websites Bidspotter and iBidder and we have a white label version to our website.
Our current vendors web platform is not fit for purpose and I am looking to build a multi vendor mobile app and desktop website for clients to upload products manage orders and see payment reports and also for us to manage our vendors and fully manage the auctions.
The app must integrate via API to a 3rd party auctions marketplace ATG where all the sales take place and Shopify where we display our products and a separate page for integration into Hyperzod where vendors can offer products wholesale direct buy to our customers.
The app will also manage our affiliates and if possible integrate with Xero and Wise bank so we can automate payments to vendors and manage our accounts efficiently.
The app needs to be built modular so we can add features as we grow easily and all details and values provided by the 3rd party platform including values need to be able to be edited by us, for example items sold for a certain price we may need to edit those prices or remove/add items.
The app needs to be suitable for growth with over 10,000 products currently and probably 50,000 images however ideally we would like the images to be stored off app maybe on Shopify or on ATG directly.
If it is built with the buyers side in mind too where buyers can browse products maybe a hybrid app for the buying side of our Shopify store would probably be best and easiest because all the bidding is done via ATGs website so couldn't be integrated on our app.
